Burns Football Club takes all complaints seriously, and to ensure that all complaints are handled in the best way to achieve a the right outcome the club has appointed a Member Protection Information Officer (MPIO). A MPIO is your first point of contact for issues relating to member protection or child protection enquiries or complaints. MPIOs do not action complaints but provide information about the options available to you. MPIO’s are impartial provide support to ensure you have the information you need to decide on the action to take to have your complaint resolved, they do not mediate or investigate complaints.
